THE COFFEE GIN Choco Dream
INGREDIENTS
4cl THE COFFEE GIN
10cl Chocolate (min 60% cocoa)
15cl Milk
5cl Cream
1 Vanilla Pod
1 tsp Cinnamon Powder.
Preparation
Pour THE COFFEE GIN into the shot glass.
Finely chop the chocolate. Mix the milk and cream in a saucepan and heat over medium heat. Add the chocolate and whisk slowly until the chocolate is dissolved. Add the cinnamon powder and stir well. Pour the hot chocolate into a cup. Pour whipped cream on top and garnish with cinnamon powder.
